Active Ingredients:
- Drotaverine (80 mg): A smooth muscle relaxant that relieves spasms and cramps.
- Mefenamic Acid (250 mg): A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces pain and inflammation.
Description & Mechanism of Action:
Drotaverine (80 mg):
- Works by relaxing smooth muscles in the stomach, intestines, and uterus.
- Helps relieve abdominal cramps, menstrual pain, and spasms.
Mefenamic Acid (250 mg):
- Blocks prostaglandin production, reducing pain, swelling, and inflammation.
- Commonly used for menstrual pain, headaches, and muscle pain.
Uses:
- Abdominal cramps (gastric and intestinal spasms)
- Menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea)
- Kidney and gallbladder stone pain
- Muscle pain and spasms
- Post-surgical pain
Dosage & Administration:
- Adults: Usually one tablet 2-3 times daily after food or as prescribed.
- Do not crush or chew (swallow whole with water).

- Long-term use may cause kidney/liver issues or gastric irritation
